Toronto Blue Jays - Rogers Centre - Ballpark 18

I didn't plan on this ballpark as #18 but there was a cheap flight from Tampa that weekend, so I decided to go for it. I had asked a friend from Port Orange, FL to meet up, Lea, and she had never been to Toronto so she agreed. After arriving in Toronto, we checked into the AirBNB for the night. The next morning was game day. We took pictures around the stadium in the morning and then went the stadium in time for the game. The weather was terrible outside so they closed the roof. For those that know me, I'm not a fan of indoor baseball. I'm a fan of baseball being played outdoors, in the elements. Before going to our seats, we grabbed some beers and some poutine (When in Canada ...). What's odd about the seats in Toronto, is that there is a blue bar in front of every seat. Its quite odd, and annoying. In the outfield is the Renaissance Hotel where their room balconies face the inside of the stadium. We took in the game from different vantage points as I often like to do. We went on a mission to find the Dessert Poutine that we had read about in several blog posts. It was churos, ice cream, and caramel sauce. Simply amazing. And of course I had another hotdog.

As for the game itself, it was over fairly quickly. In the 9-0 in the 3rd inning as Houston destroyed the Blue Jays. Toronto 2 - Houston 12.
